FUO Freshers 2026/2027: Join Your Departmental WhatsApp Group

Congratulations to all newly admitted students of the Federal University Otuoke (FUO) for the 2026/2027 academic session!

Getting admitted into the university is an important milestone, and as you prepare to begin your academic journey, FUO Connects is providing an opportunity for you to connect with other freshers in your department.

FUO Connects Freshers Groups for the 2026/2027 academic session are now available for newly admitted students to join. These departmental WhatsApp groups are designed to help freshers connect with their coursemates, share relevant information and begin building relationships before resuming on campus.

Whether you have just received your admission offer or have completed your admission process, this is an opportunity to connect with students who will be starting their university journey alongside you.

IMPORTANT: These Groups Are STRICTLY for FUO Freshers Only!

Please read this carefully before clicking any link.

The FUO Connects Freshers Groups for the 2026/2027 academic session are specifically, exclusively and strictly for newly admitted FUO students (freshers) only.

These groups are NOT for returning students, aspirants who have not secured admission, graduates or members of the general public.

Non-freshers and students who are not newly admitted into FUO for the 2026/2027 academic session will NOT be approved to join these groups.

Joining the group for your department means you must be a genuine fresher admitted into that department for the 2026/2027 academic session. Group administrators reserve the right to screen membership requests and decline those who do not meet this requirement.

We are maintaining this rule to ensure that the groups serve their intended purpose and provide a relevant environment for the incoming class.
