How long does it take to approve a marketplace listing?

Usually a few hours, and always within 24. If yours has been longer than that, message us with your username and the listing title.

Someone scammed me on the marketplace. What can you do?

Report the listing and email us with screenshots. We will suspend the account and cooperate with the university and the police. We cannot recover money — we never hold funds, which is why we say to inspect before you pay.

How do I get my business listed?

Create an account, choose the vendor account type, and submit your business for review. Verification requires a working phone number and a physical location we can confirm.

Can I write for FUO Connects?

Yes. Send us a short pitch and one piece you have written — it does not have to be published anywhere. We care about whether you finish things more than about your CV.
